WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We are committed to ensuring your complete contentment with your Show Road purchase. We will accept returns or exchanges for non-engraved items when a return is initiated within 7 days of receipt.
    • To initiate your return, please email hello@showroadjewelry.com and we will send a return shipping label.

    • Your original payment method will be refunded.

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

  • Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with USPS Ground shipping. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via USPS for an additional $30 flat rate fee. Show Road is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Show Road is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Show Road is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Show Road. If your order is sent back to Show Road by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
